Help!

The Schaumburg Food Bank is low on food. As many as 300 families per month turn to the Schaumburg Food Pantry in order to put food on the table. Please help those in need. 

Dr. Lee will donate a new patient examination or ONE free spinal adjustment (for current patients) to anyone willing to donate food to the Schaumburg Food Pantry.**

New Patients:

Receive a thorough chiropractic examination including a consultation, report of doctor's findings and x-rays* if necessary for no charge (a $365.00 value) WITH YOUR FOOD DONATION.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to be introduced to chiropractic care and help others in your community.  Most people do not realize how many health problems are related to the nervous system.  Having an examination of your nervous system at Back In Line Chiropractic can often reveal many opportunities for greater health.

(*To avoid needless health hazards associated with ionizing radiation, no such free x-rays will be given unless there is a prior observable clinical need for it.)

Please bring your food donations to our office.

PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY and tell everyone you know about our food drive!

Suggested items for donation are:  canned meat, tuna, spaghetti sauce, rice, cereal, canned fruit and vegetables, canned pasta meals, Hamburger Helper, cake mixes and frosting, Jell-O, gravy and boxed mashed potatoes.  Cleaning supplies, toiletries, and baby items are also needed.
