Dr. Lee Echelbarger is a Doctor of Chiropractic who received his degree in 2000 from Palmer College of Chiropractic which is located in Davenport, Iowa. He received his Bachelors degree in Biology / Pre-Med from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. "Dr. Lee" Echelbarger treats patients of ALL ages and with various health issues. The treatments, performed by Dr. Echelbarger, consist of specific hands on, gentle, non-twisting adjustment for the correction of a subluxation (joint misalignment). Restoring the joint alignment improves nerve function which relieves the nerve and joint symptomatology. Additionally, Dr. Echelbarger has attained CCEP degree which stands for Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner. This is advanced training specializing in non-surgical correction of extremity conditions like frozen shoulder, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis and TMJ issues. Phyllis will be the first person you'll encounter when you contact Back In Line Chiropractic. She has over 15 years of experience in the Chiropractic field and specializes in medical benefits and billing. Hers is the voice you will hear when you call to make an appointment and she'll greet you when you enter our office. She will make sure you are scheduled according to your treatment plan as well as help you with any insurance or account questions that you may have. In fact, she can assist you with just about anything. As our Office Coordinator, she makes sure that all of our office functions run smoothly!
Certified Personal Trainer- Mike Moravek
Group Fitness Classes and individual personal trainings are taught by our resident certified personal trainer, Mike Moravek. He is a specialist in speed, strength and conditioning as well as Functional Movement Screening (FMS). His approach in helping an individual succeed in reaching their maximum performance always starts with a discussion of GOALS. What do you want to achieve? What do you want to be able to do? How long do you want to be able to do it? His CrossFit instructor status combined with his triathlon training background allows him to relate to many clients' achievement desires. Once those goals are established we move to step number two: he will have you perform various functional movements such as squats, lunges and push-ups to determine your starting strengths and weaknesses. This will make your personalized training program accurate and realistic. From there, its time to get to work. With encouragement and positive reinforcement and technical guidance, Mike will push you and pull you to the finish line of each workout to ensure your GOALS are achieved. That's just what he does. Once we have completed the course of training, its time for the final exam: the re-test of your functional movements and strength. This will allow us a new starting point to set our next goals from.
